The system consists of 2 parts: refrigerating system and
electric control module. Refrigerating system is divided into split heat pump
air-condition and direct-cooling refrigerator, which covers installation,
pipeline design welding technology, wiring, pressure maintaining, leakage
detection, vacuum pumping, refrigerant filling, refrigerant recovery involved
in refrigerating major. For the electric control module, there are four working
modes of split heat pump air-condition: refrigerating, heating,
dehumidification and automatic; there are three working modes of direct-cooling
refrigerator: standard, energy efficiency, quick-freeze.
Functional
feature
1.
The device
integrates installation of refrigeration air conditioning system, installation
of refrigerator system, electric wiring of refrigerating system, pressure leakage
detection, vacuuming, refrigerant charging, operation and commissioning. It contains
all the steps of the refrigeration system maintenance such as dismounting,
welding and detection that can meet the practical teaching various working
mode, working condition debugging and system pipeline.
2.
The training
platform visually shows the system structure and work principle of refrigerator
and air conditioner. We can clearly see the structure and main components of refrigerating
system. System is also equipped with voltmeter, ammeter, pressure gauge, signal
indicating light, real-time monitoring the working condition of the whole air
conditioning system, refrigerating system.
3.
Table surface of
the device uses new design of combination structure of aluminum profile, meet
the requirement of welding operation. There is a water receive pan under the
table, solving the problem of the treatment of condensate water and refrigerant
oil during training.
4.
Device adopts
design of cooper pipe fixed device, which is able to fix every moving joint of
refrigerating system, reducing the losses of pipes due to repeat dismounting. It
is available for students to carry out the training of system installation and
welding repeatedly.
