Yalong YL-301F automatic control practice
training system is composed of particle feeding unit, capping and screwing
unit, examining and sorting unit, product quality controlling unit, industrial
robot conveying package unit, intelligent material storage unit and main
controlling unit, which covers functions of intelligent assembling and
production system, automatic packing system, automatic 3D warehouse system and
intelligent logistics system, automatic examination and quality control system,
production procedure data collection and controlling system, etc. It is a
complete and intelligent factory model device, with application of relevant
industrial automatic technologies such as industrial robot technology, PLC
technology, frequency converter technology, servo controlling technology,
industrial conveyer technology, motor driven technology and so on, and can
accomplish the production procedures like empty bottles feeding, particle
material feeding, material sorting, particle filling, capping, screwing,
material testing, product sorting, robot fetching and putting materials in box,
closing lid and packing, labeling, storing, etc. The equipment is divided into
modes and can be freely combine into various of models, so that the trainer can
not only be trained to gain the professional electromechanical skills of
machine installing and adjusting, electric pneumatic circuit connection,
program designing, industrial robot application, sensor application, computer
application, screen touch configuration and stepping motor controlling, but
also to improve the social ability of profession quality and the ability of
